I received my reports in record time. The information received was so interesting and more than I expected. I would recommend CRI to anyone interested in their genetic history. There were several surprises that I wasn't expecting.

I was surprised at my results. I had several questions and sent a two emails and talked to your representative, Donna. Your customer service responses to my enquiries were prompt and helpful. I now have a much better understanding of your reports.

Learned more about my family than I was ever told! Now we are embroiled in a bigger mystery! (Especially with more of my more racist relative!)

Just not what I was expecting and hoping for. The test just reiterated what I am already aware of. Just was hoping to find a link to the past for my father's father. We know nothing prior to 1869 my father's father approximate year of birth. The CRI test only added another layer of no information.

I was disappointed with the results of my DNA test with you. The results look like they belong to someone else. This was not my first DNA test. The first one I did correspond to everyone in my family and my family tree. Even the health traits are off for those I know. This makes me uncertain whether to believe those I don't know.

I’m really upset because I had no idea how much research into genealogy and ancestry has not been done on CRI Genetics’ side. Nearly 40% of my ancestry came back as Japanese but shows as undefined on my recent analysis. My Advanced timeline doesn’t show a thing because it’s not 80% accurate. When I inquired I found that the two were related because their genealogists have not yet done research into Japan. When I asked why this is not noted in their site so that people of Japanese descent aren’t using their test because of the lack of data and research, I was given the answer that they only recommend the test to those who reside in the US, UK, and Canada. Well I do reside in the US and I happen to be half Japanese and my family has been here since 1890s. Your racial bias is upsetting and your lack of disclaimer that you have not completed the research needed for some ethnic ancestral groups is extremely sad because you’re stealing money from those specific groups.

The CRI staff was very patient while helping me sort out the information I was seeking regarding the results of the DNA samples my wife and I sent them. The information we received was very exciting for the whole family.
